Two Tales of Irresponsiblity - Another Dream

Two nights ago, I had another weird dream:

In that dream Jake, our dog, had gotten out and mated with another dog. They were compatible from a breeding standpoint, but I felt terrible and irresponsible that I'd neglected to restrain him.

I recall that later I was getting "stoned/high/wasted" from drinking these - they weren't quite alcohol as they were some kind of - methamphetamine? - colored drinks. Bright green, red, orange, cool blue. I also was overwhelmed by how irresponsible I'd been in doing this.
