Incompetency Surpassed by Ineptitude

I just returned from putting a load of laundry in the building next door. I saw that our local power company placed a disconnect notice on the apartment door adjacent to the laundry room.

A closer look revealed that the power company rep got the address wrong! Same street number, same apt number, but wrong street! Even more so, this particular apartment is vacant!

And now, for an aside:

Teacher: Jimmy, please spell the word "wrong".
Jimmy: R-O-N-G
Teacher: Sorry, Jimmy you spelled it wrong!
Jimmy: I thought that's what you wanted!
