Ooh... what a good post! It reminds me of a song we sometimes sing in church, called "Jesus is my Best Friend." It goes like this:

My best friend
Jesus is my best friend (repeat)
I am not alone (repeat)
My best friend
Jesus is my best friend (repeat)
I am not alone

For subsequent verses, substitute something else for "my best friend." Finally, end the song with doing the verse with "my best friend" again.
